ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID 25-004 Amphitheater Covering Sealed Bids: Sealed BIDs for the project entitled Amphitheater Covering will be received until Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EST at City Hall, 5410 Pine Street, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. No BID may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for Amphitheater Covering is described briefly as follows: The City of Flowery Branch is seeking proposals for the construction of a covered open-air stage cover at the newly designed amphitheater located at 5603 Mitchel St, Flowery Branch. The stage cover should be designed with aesthetics and functionality in mind, complementing the existing Farmers Market Pavilion and the small pavilion at the amphitheater. The structure must include sound and lighting systems, ensuring clear visibility and audibility for all events. The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to build new Amphitheater Covering according to the details in the specifications of the bid. Reservation of Rights: Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner. 142838 1/15, 1/29
